There is a little thing I like to call Google Keyword Tool, that will allow you to see up to date results on certain words that are related to your niche that you are going to be marketing. These results will show you how many times in any given month that people are searching for these particular things including how much competition you are going to be dealing with. This is like the foundation of your entire Niche Website.
Now you are going to want to group together roughly around 5-6 keywords that are all relating to your site, and create them as pages to your niche website. This is very critical when it comes to niche marketing simply because most long tail keywords are not as much competition to rank for so, the more content that you will create around that keyword and particular page the better off you will be as far as ranking. Most niche websites are easy to rank for, it just all depends on the demand and what other people are doing to market the same things that you are.
After you have developed your 5-6 critical pages with alot of rich and to the point content around the chosen keyword, you are going to want to start organizing your site, make it look neat and organized and easy to navigate. Create a categories section strictly for all of your posts and put them in the appropriate category based on keyword title of the post. Write atleast 2-3 posts per day on your niche website.
